At EVOC Onlineshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Package Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
