How does the EVOC warranty for protector backpacks work?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products. Additionally, we provide a free Crash Replacement for our LITESHIELD and LITESHIELD PLUS back protectors if they are damaged in a serious accident.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are EVOC bike travel bags compatible with 29-inch wheels?
Most of our bike travel bags, including the BIKE TRAVEL BAG PRO, are specifically designed to accommodate 29-inch wheels and long-wheelbase mountain bikes.
